Travel Diary | Berlin pt. 3

Good evening, I'm back with the final installment of my Berlin Travel Diary. In case you missed out on the first two posts, they can be found here - part 1 & part 2. There's nothing much to say apart from thanking all you frequent and new readers for showing so much love. It's always great to get feedback from all you ladies especially when it comes to outfits because I love hearing both what ways you'd re-style a certain item and it ends up inspiring me to style that same item differently the next time I wear it, and for that I just wanted to say THANK YOU.

Travel Diary | Berlin PT. 2

I'm back with part 2 of my Berlin travel diary. In no way is this post focusing on showcasing particular touristy places or anything of that sort, but more so what I did on our trip. To be honest, I revisited all the same monuments and sights as before, I even went on the same hop-on hop-off bus as I'd gone on last year. As mentioned in the first segment of the 'series'; it was more about showing my mother around the city and I think I make a heck of tour guide.

A glimpse of Iceland

Today I'm sharing a couple of pictures from a road trip my friend and I took early October, D. was visiting me from Copenhagen and it was her first time in Iceland so I decided we do all the touristy stuff and venture into the countryside where we stayed at a summer house for one night, there we prepared ourselves dinner enough to serve an entire family, chilled in the hot tub, sipped on champagne and were way too hangover the next day. Nevertheless, we still got up and continued our adventure despite the depressing weather. Keep on reading if you're interested in seeing a glimpse of the Icelandic nature.

Happy Monday you gorgeous people! I'm in a really great mood, the past week I've been attending courses for my summer job from 08:00 hrs - 16:00 hrs every day and it's been great. Each day is always different and we learn something new. I'm finishing the course this coming Thursday and straight after I'm going to start working full-time so this summer there's probably not going to be any travelling for me seeing as I've already gone to Copenhagen and Amsterdam (2x) in the past two months. Although I have a feeling that for my birthday this year I want to visit a new place, we'll have to see about that next month.

Anyway back to the post, as I mentioned in the past blog posts, I recently went to Amsterdam; which by the way is my favourite city. I went there for an open-day and also later for interviews and presentations so it was all very exciting except for the fact that on the recent trip I caught some virus and fell sick instantly after arriving home and I'm just not getting back to feeling like myself again. I want to share with you some pictures I shot while there, they aren't many because I was too busy enjoying my few days there sightseeing and drinking too many glasses of Heineken.

Descending into Keflavík International Airport with Norwegian

Happy new weeks everyone. Hope you had a great weekend, mine was split between work and my studies. Today I just wanted to share a few photos from my trip to Norway last February where I was visiting a friend. I stayed in Fridrikstad and I tell you it was quite a journey from the airport to my destination and having to run between trains and so forth, a fun trip it was nonetheless and we had a lot of alcohol, it was beer for breakfast, lunch and supper. It was my first time flying with Norwegian, they aren't the most comfort flight but with it being a trip of about 2 1/2 hours or so it wasn't too big of a deal for me. Overall I had a really great time and I'm somewhat already planning my second trip.
