Today I'm bringing you a haul, you might have noticed that I've toned down my shopping habits quite a bit and haven't been posting as many hauls as say last year or the year before. That's because I have other important things to invest my money in and also I'm just not as fond of posting 'hauls' as before I was before. Hi everybody, hope you're all doing well. Yesterday was my birthday and to celebrate over the weekend I went out with the girls which was fun, before we headed downtown I prepared some food and we had a few drinks then went about our night with everyone satisfied. I had a great time with great company, although now I'm starting to think that this was my last time going out for my birthday celebrations, I'd rather go abroad and visit a new country than getting drunk. Guess it's the older and wiser me speaking huh?

TGIF! What are you guys's plans for the weekend? Myself I'm free from work for 5 days straight which is great because I'm quite exhausted after working almost 8 days in a roll.. I know in the end it'll be worth it but it's not at all easy. Today I'll be running some errands and tomorrow I'll have some girls over for my early birthday celebrations and so of course I need to prepare. The dress above I saw in a Topshop store and I've had my eye on it and seeing as my birthday is next Tuesday, who knows maybe it'll be featured in an upcoming outfit post; that is if it's not already sold out.

This wishlist pretty much sums up how I'm currently feeling and what sort of vibes I'm feeling, I seem to be loving leather quite a lot and also as you can see, B-L-A-C-K. At work I've been wearing a mixture of white and black so it'll be great to step into something a bit different, and I can rock my septum piercing. Happy Mother's Day to all the hardworking mothers out there. The first full week of May is already over, my birthday's coming up and I have no clue as to how to celebrate because it's not yet clear whether I'll be working or not. I'm thinking to just have the girls over at my place and hit town later, we'll see what happens. Anyway today's post is a quick one to show you my 5 colour choices for the summer, although this morning it didn't look at all like summer outside because it was literally snowing on my way to work. Later during the day the sun decided to come out and it stayed. I highly recommend the nail polishes above, especially the O.P.I one, it's creamy and is long lasting as long as you prepare your nails well beforehand.

Happy new week. To start it off I'm presenting to you the 3rd look from the 'Get the look' segment where I recreate celebrity looks to suit everyone's budget, especially people like myself who are students and can't afford to go spend a fortune on a simple striped tee when you can get the same exact item from stores like H&M or Zara for half the price.

This week's look is inspired by the always fashionable Jessica Alba, I've always loved her sense of style and she seems to be a grounded person; or as I like to put it, she's normal haha. Above she's seen rocking gorgeous coral ($1,005) Emilio Pucci trousers. The pair I chose is from H&M and the colours aren't exactly the same but very close. It's all about being inspired and not copying the look from head to toe. She's wearing a simple dainty necklace but I chose to add a large statement piece to liven the look a bit more.
