Outfit | An evening with Russell Brand

My friend Hulda's outfit:  Shoes - Hagkaup (see here
***will update later***
Blazer & t-shirt - H&M | Pants - Outlet | Bag - Thrifted | Shoes - Roots
Watch - Casio | Earrings - Gifted

Forgot to show these pictures but they are from back in December when I had gone to see Russell Brand in Harpa. The show was amazing, I learned a lot as well and had a good laugh. Lots of good jokes as well as nasty ones were made but the crow cheered on. He was amazing and I was so glad to have gone. It was also quite refreshing as I'd been taking a break from studying for my finals. I didn't want to wear a skirt or dress because there was snow outside and it was very cold but I knew I wanted some colour so I went with some basic bottoms and t-shirt then added a pink blazer to liven up the outfit a little. Went with my roots booties because they hadn't been used for a while.
What do you think of this look?

Outfit | Wedding + Tapas Bar

Hello ladies, and gents! Hope everyone is well and excited for the beginning to a new month.
My oh my does time fly, I feel like we entered the month of June just a couple of days ago. My countdown to my summer trip (to Zambia) is almost coming to an end. I will be flying out soon and I'm  beyond excited!
June was a very busy month for me, I attended my second wedding in my whole entire 18 years of being alive. It was so much fun that I completely put off taking photos and instead enjoyed the amazing company that surrounded me.

Above are my step-father and mum looking ravishing, I think. I like how their clothes choice in a sense contrast very well side by side. (at the wedding)

Mum had changed into denim pants + she added a leather jacket and a bag for dinner. Though she decided to keep on the traditional top. We went to a Spanish bar/restaurant (Tapas bar).

For the wedding I was very behind on what to wear and all that. The night before the wedding I was caught up in stress to find the perfect outfit and blah blah blah. I never ended up putting it together (far from it!)
Actually the next morning's when I though to wear my then newly-purchased floral pants (which are by the way very comfortable!).

I paired them with a pink blazer + my beautiful white wedges that I've owned for the longest time but never ever got a chance to use them (was too scared to ruin them because I drag my feet when walking + they are a bit annoying to walk in and they are always slipping off, especially my left foot so I just like admiring them from the top shelf where they are usually stored)
Since the white wedges were a nightmare I decided for dinner and a stroll in town with mum; I opted for my ever some comfy grey wedges that I've been wearing like crazy this summer. They are so comfortable I could literally win a marathon in them!

Why do these shoes got to be such a nightmare, look how pretty they are. Wouldn't you like to use them a lot more if you had them? :/

Oh and I had my hair in it's own natural state, I just lightly finger combed it. I like the messy don't care look. Unfortunately that didn't last very long because now I have braids.

The Food
Fried chicken + dip + veggies

Fried eggplants + veggies (Oh my this dish tasted so good!!!)

Fish (can't recall which type)

Fish (can't recall the name either)

And again another fish course (no name)
Okay, so my mother went a little crazy with her fish ordering. They were very yummy though ( I snatched a bit for  a taste lol)

What I'm Wearing:
Blazer | Gifted
Top | H&M
Floral pants | Hagkaup
Shoes | Grey ones (Roots, Sweden) & White pair (charity shop)
Bag | Zara (gifted)
Rings | Lindex

Props to my mother for taking these pictures, they turned out better than the last (more of her work to be showcased hahah)

That's it for the day peepz, I gladly hope you enjoyed reading this post, let me know below if you did. Today I spent the day at the mall with mum doing some well, late summer shopping? does that even count lol.
This week I plan on posting an "update" post explaining why I've been MIA the past couple of weeks. Also I'm planning on doing a tag post and that kinda thing + I have a lot of  catching to do regarding the blogsphere.

Happy July!
xoxo

Outfit | Meet up with girlfriends

Happy Friday people, I'm so glad it's finally Friday because this is my free weekend so I plan on doing a little bit of shopping (+ I'm a little exhausted). I will be travelling to Zambia in about 3 weeks so that's very exciting. I can't wait to see my relatives and all my new cousins, I've missed a couple of months/years of their childhood and seeing them for the first time (face to face) will be amazing.

Last Friday, two of my girlfriends and I met up at around 8/9pm for some light food + hot drinks at our local bar/restaurant. We had a great time and there was live music. Afterwards, Hulda went one and so me and Van went to her house and played video games  till 4 am. Yes that's how we usually like spending our time together.

This post is filled with a lot of pictures to I will let you go ahead and scroll down to see where everything that I'm wearing's from. Enjoy!!x

It's gonna be a good one, let's hope the weather will allow.

Outfit | Pleated midi skirt + Lace

My beautiful momma <3
looking sexy with my allergy cracked ass lips
The mall was so empty today. Pretty great because I don't quite  enjoy over crowded places + it gives me a little more piece to do my shopping.

Wearing:
Blazer | Random
Lace top | Gyllti Kötturinn (vintage shop)
Belt | H&M
Bag | Zara (birthday pressie. I love this bag)
Skirt | Gyllti Kötturinn
Shoes | Roots
Earrings | H&M

Today was spent running errands and afterwards mum and I hit the mall where we (I) may have gone a little too wild and my debit card almost hit the 'pass out' level. At the end of the day I was done, we'd been walking to and from stores for a good 2 to 3 hours. I bought some really nice things including bikini's and stuff and some more florals. You will be seeing a post about those very soon.

That's about it for today's rambles.
