The weekend's finally here, I'll be meeting up with my friend A who I was visiting in Norway last month, she's back home for a short visit and we'll be going out tonight so that's exciting. Apart from that nothing much is really planned, just merely catching up with friends and work.

Hey hey, it's already the middle of the week and tomorrow is my last day of school as I will be having my autumn break Friday through Monday. It's my free weekend from work this which means I have 4 days free! It should be good to finally get the chance to sleep in and do something that doesn't involve school like maybe bake something, read a novel (for myself) and maybe watch more reality shows???

Thank you so much for the great feedback regarding my septum piercing, it's good to know from others that it suits me and also the compliments.

Ok, so I'm absolutely in love with our new apartment, we've got an amazing view and it's close to the international airport so don't be surprised if you see a thousand pictures of plans in the future because I'm obsessed with them. I don't live in the capital anymore but I'm still in school there and all. I drive every single day and it's about 30-40 minutes drive (for me though it's always around 15-25 minutes). Although I plan on moving and renting either a studio or just a room in Reykjavík for the next 1-2 years because it's quite costly driving between places every day and I have to wake up extremely early.

Photography | A day well spent

It's been a while since anything new has appeared in the 'photography' category so this time around I've decided to share with you guys some pictures from the boat ride we took about a week ago or so and at the end of that very same day we to a waterfall about 20 minutes drive from Reykjavík where we spent a good hour swimming in the cold water. Although the sun was shining that day, the water was still not warm. It was like winter cold. Nevertheless we all enjoyed ourselves and ended our day with a good barbecue and a good movie. Enjoy the pictures.

September Inspiration

Hola chicas!

Hope a todos esta muy bien. I hope you are having a relaxing day on this beautiful Sunday. The weather here is a bit gloomy and it was raining in the morning. It's very quiet outside and I can tell that autumn is finally here because the tree leaves have started changing colours! Autumn/winter is definitely my favourite season by far, the fashion's great because I'm a huge lover of layers. The nail polish trends are always on point and mysterious, in my eyes everything about the autumn/winter season's just simply beautiful.

Today I picked a few of my favourite photographs from Tumblr, a few are autumn inspired and give that feel but some are just cool and funky. Hope you enjoy! xoxo

Lúkkið

Hi everyone, so today I will be sharing with you some pretty rad news.

A few months back I participated in a showcasing for this one magazine called Lúkkid. I was representing my school. Lúkkið specialises in showcasing the fashion in colleges over the country and the magazine is published twice a year... which means 1 publishing during each semester. The thing we (other people and I who took part) needed to do as representers was choose three students of both sexes from our schools that we thought were somewhat fashionable or if we mainly liked their outfits that exact day that we had our cameras in our hands or whatsoever.

As you can imagine the roll came with a lot of stress because I had to hustle up and talk to people that I would never imagine myself talking to (the cool people) and adding to that I was new to the school so quite a lot of people thought it was weird that I was walking around the hall ways with a camera. I DID IT THOUGH BECAUSE I AIN'T NO PUSSY!
It was a major step that I'm very proud of, might just participate again next September when the second issue comes out (it comes out March + September)

Hope everyone is having a great Friday. I have just been lazing around all day and also mum started braiding new braids in my hair. So far I love the style and I was very inspired through scrolling my tumblr dashboard.
