18th Birthday Evening | Night

Hello people, hope you all had a lovely weekend. Myself I had a great weekend filled with friends, family and good food. On Saturday, the19th I became an adult and turned 18. I don't in the slightest feel any older than I was days before. I haven't yet started paying any bills so I still feel my younger years :)
This post is going to be a very long one, probably the longest one I've ever posted through my blogging years. Instead of squeezing all the photos on one page I decided to use 'page break', hope that doesn't bother anyone.
As I mentioned, it's going to be a long post so it might be appropriate to grab some a hot cup o' tea or some snack.

Now let me tell you a little bit more about my special day... On Friday, mum treated me to a very nice and relaxing facial. The woman seriously cleaned and unclogged every pore on my face, then she tweezed my brows as well; which I was very happy with, since I rarely let others touch my eyebrows.
Saturday morning was spent running around town in search for my birthday dress (because the day before I didn't have enough time for it) and also my step-dad treated me to a very nice breakfast at the local bookstore/café. I enjoy going there with him since we are both book lovers and you can never go wrong with some cappuccino + cake + an issue of Cosmopolitan magazine.
I celebrated my birthday by inviting friends over, played some board games and later on we went out to dinner. But before we went to dinner we went outside behind my apartment and took some photos by the sea. The weather was so lovely!
At dinner we had some really great and very tasty meals, you will see the photos later on. After dinner we went back to my apartment and we watched movies and devoured a very delicious citrus + passion fruit cheesecake. Unfortunately I never got the chance to photograph it before it was already down our stomachs.
