Outfit | Polka dots && D.I.Y shorts
10:33 PM
Oh the past weekends have been the best of the year so far, almost all my free weekends I've had something on my hands to be done. First was the Valentine's party, last weekend was my working one, still on Saturday straight after work me and my girlfriends attended one of our great friends from High School's 20th b-bash (she is older than us). It was so much fun, later on we hit town and we danced the night away. I may have had a little too much to drink because I was hangover pretty much all Sunday.
top/shirt, belt - H&M, shorts - D.I.Y (see tutorial here), wedges - K-mart
Overall I had a great weekend and now it's planning the upcoming one, Tiesto is having a concert here on Saturday and I'm still thinking over if I want to buy a ticket and go. The problem is that the age limit is 18 and I will be turning 18 in May, so I'm scared that my money might go to waste and I won't be allowed inside. But some of my first who aren't yet 18 are going and they are saying that they will be able to enter.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BECAUSE I DON'T WANT IT TO BE SOLD OUT SINCE THE V.I.P AREA IS ALREADY SOLD OUT!!!
P.S Don't mind the hairline, I need to take these braids out... thinking of getting a weave but it's so expensive and I have never gotten one before so I'm not quite sure if it'll suit me :(

Really pretty! <3
ReplyDeleteFirst of all I have to say that I looove this dotted top, I couldn't give you a real reason why but anyway I do!
ReplyDeleteAs for the concert ticket I think it's pretty risky you may loose your money so ask yourself if it's worth it. For the hair now don't be so complexed weave looks pretty on everybody why should you be the exception? It sucks that it's expensive where you live, it's very affordable here anyway I think if money is not a problem you should def give it a try!!
You're such a cutie! I love your top and earrings <3
ReplyDeleteFor the concert, I'll advise you not to go. Is it in a nightclub? I mean, if you know that they're pretty cool and can let anyone go if they know it's just some months before your b'day, that's another story. Or if you have a valid reason or excuse to be able to get in, then you can try. Otherwise, you shouldn't waste your money, especially knowing that concert tickets are pretty expensive and stuff.
And you should go for the weave, just try something you know you're comfortable with since it'll be your first time! Maybe something simple, idk! I'm pretty sure you'll rock it!! Be confident babe!

oh god you have a dilemma on your hands! I am so glad I turned 18 :P How much are the tickets? And is that a lot compared to what you have (say they're 50 and you have a 100 euro, then it's pretty much cos it's half your money that could be wasted). And then think about whether you wanna sacrifice that for the chance of an amazing night! Good luck deciding!!! <3 p.s. You're Ugandan right? What do you think about this KONY 2012 business?
ReplyDeleteOmigooosh! Congrats on getting into the gig!! That must have been too cool :) I'm SO glad you gave it a shot. And wow, 30 euros is like NOTHING to pay to see an internationally famous artist! Most people who come here charge AT LEAST 50 euros and I would have loved to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Paul McCartney, but both were over 100 and I'm saving for uni :( Oh, the sacrifices!
ReplyDeleteAnd you totally filled in the gaps that I missed on my KONY post, I couldn't agree more with you. Thank youuuu <3
ah Zambia, ofc :) I just remembered that you're my neighbour. Thanks for the birthday wishes <3 It's your turn soon!
ReplyDeleteLove your top! Polka dots are my favorite! Hmm...that concert thing sounds like a problem. I'd be afraid to chance it by buying a ticket and not being able to get in. Hard decision! Thanks so much for visiting and commenting on my blog! <3

Tiesto is amazing! I say you buy the ticket and hope for the best :).
ReplyDeleteLove your outfit, the combination of the polka dots and denim look really cute!
Hi Esther,
ReplyDeleteI think that weaves suit everybody, the most important thing is to choose the good hairstyle which will go well with your face, then choose the good color and above all a good hairdresser who could make you get the most natural possible rendering. Hope it makes sense and that it helped you :).
