Good morning from Iceland, last week I was all in my feelings, missed my parents and was just overall homesick so I booked a one-way ticket and here I am. A  day after arriving I fell ill, I caught some sort of fever or perhaps it's the difference in weather... anyway, it's been long since I last posted so I decided to use this free time.
Honestly, it's been a real struggle balancing my personal and educational life; and I remember very well about a year ago when this whole move to Amsterdam was just a thought, I finally did it and I think that was one of the happiest moments of my life (besides passing the TOEFL examination). It's all good at this very moment, but I can definitely tell you that it wasn't an easy journey getting to where I am today. I'll write a more in-depth post later this week maybe depending on if I have time and also how I feel. That's it for today's post, I'll go back to drinking my lemon and honey tea and read my book.

    I like the vibrant blue jacket and your shoes! I feel you, ever since I've been back home and starting working it's been hard to maintain a balance between doing the stuff I used to love to do and work at first. But eventually you'll find a way to make it work! :)
    I really wanna visit Amsterdam tho, looks like a fun city!
