Monthly Favourites | March

9:43 AM

Hello, apologies for being so absent on the blog lately, work and other thing literally took over my life all of March. I was just too busy to have time for anything else so I decided to use my free days to catch up on some needed sleep and also just to sort of detox my system.
Anyway, today I'm sharing my March favourites, they're all beauty bits and I just noticed that one or two of these products had also been featured in the January favs post as well - guess that shows you just how much I love them right?

GOSH bronzing sun powder, Clinique mascara & MAC foundation featured here

I hadn't reached for my only MAC blush in a very long time, that changed last month as I wore it quite a lot, it's in the shade Stubborn - which describes the blush perfectly because it's a pain in the #%s to blend if you applied too much in the first application. So if you ever get this, be cautious with it.

Maybelline Master Drama khol liner in ultra noir has been a favourite because it's smooth to apply and stays put till the next day, no matter how hard you scrub and exfoliate it doesn't come off easily. I always use it for my beloved wing on the top lids.

Milani Stay Put Brow (05 Dark Brown): before I'd always used only eyebrow pencils for my brows, but ever since I got this pomade everything changed. I been combining the two and my brows have turned out great, plus they've been lasting all day.
I decided to jump on the L.A. Girl wagon and got myself two concealers, the one featured in this post is the PRO.Conceal HD concealer in Toast, it's in a squeezable tube and comes with an attached brush which makes application easier.

Real Techniques contour brush from their flawless base collection. I mostly use this brush for both my loose and compact powders as well as highlight. It all depends on which brushes are clean and available.

ESSIE nail polish in Bordeaux has been my go-to winter colour, I've worn in almost weekly and I have no shame. It just looks extra pretty on.

My favourite thing of all of March has been the Revolution Ultra Velour Lip Cream - Not one for playing games. Yo this thing's too pretty for words, it smells divine and tastes great too... The application is great, very smooth and feels comfortable on the lips. It's said to last up to 8 hours but I don't know, mine starts to fade after about 2 hours or so, maybe I eat too much.

  1. Seems like you have been having a busy time. Hope you are ok .That kohl liner is the shiznits! I absolutely love how it lasts all day. I used to use the collections liquid liner and it would crack in a couple of hours after applications. How annoying is that? But I cant fault this one plus its inexpensive so why not.

    1. It's been a crazy few weeks I must say! But I'm getting around to my usual routine slowly but surely, more exciting posts coming up.
Lol there's one waterproof liquid eyeliner I've tried, it's got a very fine thin brush but it's so annoying to use nowadays as the bristle is always touches my lashes and it's no joke to take off! This kohl liner is the beeeeeest!
